ABOUT BLUEPRINT

The Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency (BPIA) is a City-County agency established to implement an ambitious plan funded by a local government one-cent sales surtax. Endorsed by the Tallahassee-Leon County voters who approved the surtax in 2000 and again in 2014 to efficiently execute large, transformative, and generational projects that are aimed to enhance our community through coordinated planning and construction of transportation, utilities, stormwater management, parks, greenways, and economic development programs.
